
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. From the confirmation email you can check on your order status. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please use this tracking number to access the progress of your package.

If there is a mistake on your order, which is our fault, we will send a return label and pay for the reshipment of the corrected order.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping provider used to ship your order with to file a claim. We are happy to assist by providing shipment details or documentation needed for your claim.
For exchanges and other returns including cancellations you will be responsible for the return shipping cost for the item(s) you decide to send back.
